Superior Group is looking for a Customer Service representative for a 3 month contract for a packaging company in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

Job duties include:
  • Order entry
  • Enter complaints into KMS
  • Screen calls, gather information, and forward to the appropriate representative
  • Check status of late orders
  • Review open order report for lates/partials/missed allocations/orders not firmed
  • Release delayed Order Acknowledgements
  • Follow up on credit status
  • File as needed

    Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Pansophic PRMS system, AS400, vendor management inventory programs, EDI, and international shipping a plus.



  • Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical background, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel skills, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Fluency in other languages a plus
  • Work-related experience in a customer service position, in a manufacturing environment preferred
